Fade Resistant, 2-Ply Polyester PolyMax – Sturdy and Tough

Dense, pure white 50 embroidered stars on a blue background. Our stars and stripes are not printed! We use aniline dye to produce bright and vibrant colors of red, white and blue.This fabric is strong and durable, and is perfect for windy conditions and for flags flying 24/7.This flag is woven and resembles a cotton flag, but more durable. Since it is woven, the weave allows wind to pass thru the flag and not buffet or “beat up” the fabric. This provides a longer lasting flag.

Lock Stitched Sewn Seams and Hems – Strength and Durability

Our American Flag has fully sewn seams and hems using lock stitching. Many flags are sewn using a less expensive chain stitch, which can lead to unraveling of seams.By using lock stitching on our flags, the upper and lower threads are “locked” or entwined together to form a secure bond.The lock stitching continues on the fly end of the flag. The fly end is the part of the flag that flies freely in the wind and receives the most wear and tear in the wind. We put four rows of fly end stitching on flag sizes 3×5, 4×6 and 5×8. On flag size 6×10, we put six rows.

Solid Brass, Rolled Rim Grommets – Strong and Reliable

On the left or hoist side of the flag is a white strip of durable fabric called the flag header. The header is strong and made from a heavy duty blend of cotton-polyester Army duck cloth. The header needs to be strong since we insert two solid brass #2 rolled rim grommets into the header. The grommets are used to attach or fasten the flag to your existing flag pole hardware.The header, grommets and fabric receive a lot of stress due to wind and weather. This is why we use strong fabric for long lasting performance and endurance.
